Terms of Service
Effective September 8, 2026
These terms are the deal between you and The Park Desk when you use the website, the home-screen app, or a travel-agent code. If you do not agree, do not use the desk.
1. Who we are — and who we are not
The Park Desk is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or its parks, cruise line, hotels, or islands. Park and ship names appear only so you can filter third-party reporting.
2. The wire is free forever
Headlines, park filters, Today, 5 things worth knowing, Saved, and push on this device are free. We do not sell reader plans, trials, or trip passes. We do not put the news behind a paywall. Travel-agent partner tools are B2B only and do not lock the public desk.
3. We do not publish original reporting
- We share and consolidate public updates from independent park desks.
- Each card credits the original publisher and sends you to their page for the full story.
- Teasers are short. We do not host galleries, paywalled copy, or a replacement article.
4. Accounts
You must give a real email you control. You are responsible for the session on your device, including two-factor codes. Do not share an agent desk login. We may close an account that abuses the wire, impersonates a publisher, or breaks these terms. Readers do not need an account to use the wire.
5. Push
Push is a keyword and park pulse on your device. Alerts can be delayed or dropped by the browser. They are not a substitute for official park communications or emergency systems.
6. Travel bookings and agents
The Park Desk may show travel-booking desks and travel-agent partner codes. A booking is a contract with the travel supplier or agency, not with the original news publisher. Agent commissions, clawbacks, and branding are in the Partner agreement. Readers never pay The Park Desk to read the wire. Agents never earn on a reader plan — there are none.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, republish, or wrap The Park Desk as if the reporting were yours.
- Do not impersonate WDWNT, Disney Food Blog, or any other source desk.
- Do not attack, overload, or probe /admin or other hidden routes.
- Do not use an agent code to mislead a guest about who is booking their trip.
8. Disclaimer
The Park Desk is an independent publication and is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. The wire is provided as-is. Construction, menus, wait times, and cruise itineraries change. Confirm anything that matters on the original publisher site or with Disney. We are not liable for a missed reservation, a closed attraction, or a third-party error.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this desk is the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
